Hello people! now I have an amazing recipe from my childhood but in vegan version and it tastes just delicious!
This is super easy...
INGREDIENTS:
-3 cups of all purpose flour
-1 tbs of salt
-1/2 tbs of baking powder to make them fluffy
-3/4 to 1 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of vegan butter
INSTRUCTIONS.
Put the cups of flour, salt and baking powder in a deep container and mix. Mix the butter with your fingers until the lumps dissolve, along with the flour. Add the warm water little by little and massage the mix until you have a slightly sticky mixture, being careful not to leave the mixture too liquid.

Knead for a sufficient amount of time on a board or table, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Divide the dough into small balls, shape them so that they are even and round.
I used a tortilla press so they would be round and flat faster, if you don't have one, simply use a rolling pin to flatten the dough balls until they are stretched enough, taking care that they maintain their circular shape. If you use a press, I recommend using aluminum or waxed paper between the dough so that it doesn't stick to the press.
Once the raw tortilla is stretched and ready, transfer it to a hot pan and cover it with the lid so that it heats evenly and faster.
You will start to see bubbles and when that happens, it is a sign to turn it over to cook the next side.
Do them one by one, and put them in a towel to keep them warm.
Now you can enjoy them alone, with butter, make burritos, or with your favorite topping. I made quesadillas!
To store them, you can put them in a plastic bag and refrigerate them. They will be soft when you reheat them.
I hope you enjoy this recipe!
